At Eden Flora, each floral creation is crafted with intention, care, and reverence for beauty. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how and when your order will arrive.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Every arrangement is crafted fresh to order and cannot be restocked or reused.

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery (e.g., damage during transit), please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

DELIVERY AREAS & TIMING

We currently offer local delivery within Chicagoland. At this time, we do not offer nationwide shipping for fresh florals.

  • Custom Arrangements: Delivery dates are chosen at the time of ordering. Please allow a minimum of [X days] notice for custom orders.

  • Subscriptions: Subscription deliveries are scheduled based on your selected frequency (weekly, monthly, or holiday) and will be delivered accordingly. You’ll receive a confirmation with expected delivery windows.

If no one is available to receive the arrangement at the time of delivery, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location if possible. If that is not an option, we may contact you to reschedule for an additional fee.

ARRANGEMENT POLICIES

​Our subscription arrangements are designed as artist’s choice, meaning we select the freshest, most beautiful seasonal blooms available at the time of your delivery. Each piece will reflect the Eden Flora aesthetic and values, though specific flower varieties may vary.

Custom designs are created based on the style, color palette, and inspiration you share with us. While we do our best to honor your vision, substitutions may be made based on seasonal availability and floral quality. By placing a custom order, you trust our design expertise and allow for creative interpretation.
